Provision and maintenance of a parish hall and recreation ground for the use of the inhabitants of Hemyock, in the county of Devon, including use for meetings, lectures and classes, and for other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for said inhabitants.Also provides low cost accommodation to rent for local people.
