To present or assist in the presentation of public concerts, dramatic performances, recitals, art exhibitions, lectures and other arts events and provide a wide range of arts classes. This is in order to foster and promote the maintenance, improvement and development of artistic taste and the knowledge, understanding and appreciation of the arts among the people of Billericay and neighbourhood.
