THURROCK ARTS COUNCIL

Promoting the arts in society for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Borough of Thurrock by developing public appreciation of the arts. This is achieved by facilitating and improving the accessibility of the arts, education and appreciation, and co-ordinating the efforts of local bodies in the attainment of the objects of the council.
