TRUSTEES OF JAMES DAY WILL TRUST

In accordance with the terms of the Trust,the income is paid to Swanage Council for the upkeep & improvement of Day park. The Trustees are satisfied the purposes are charitable and for the public benefit, being for the advancement of ametuer sport. The Trustees have complied with the duty in S4 of the Charity Act 2006 to have due regard to public benefit guidance published by the Charity Com.
