THE BEECHER CHARITABLE TRUST

The Trustees hold the capital and income of the Trust Fund upon trust to apply the income and such part of the capital as they see fit, for the purpose of relieving poverty, hardship or distress. The beneficiaries are such persons who are or have been employees of the Hartwell Group of Companies and their spouses, children and other dependents.
