Harrogate Hospital and Community Charity, supported by Friends of Harrogate Hospital

Charitable funds received by the charity are accepted and held and administered as funds held on trust for purposes relating to the National Health Service in accordance with the National Health Service Act 1977 and the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 and these funds are held on trust by the corporate body.
