CARERS TRUST HEART OF ENGLAND

To provide information, advice and support services to carers of adults and children with care needs to enable them to continue in their caring role and by providing practical replacement care by recruiting, training and employing staff to take the place of the carer, thereby giving them a "break" or "time out" from their caring responsibilities.
