HANWELL NEIGHBOURLY CARE SCHEME

The Hanwell Neigbourly Care Scheme offers support to older people in the W7 postal district of Ealing. It gives help in an emergency and encourages contact between people in need and those willing to help. It encourages the development of Pop-Ins which help maintain independence and nurture friendship among active older people.
