To hold the income of the Trust Fund in each year to apply the same in the award to such one or more qualified persons as the committe may in its absolute discretion select (and if more than one then in such proportions as the committee shall determine) of a prize to promote and advance the research and treatment of incurable disease provided that the results shall be published.
