FREEMAN CARDIAC REHABILITATION FUND

The FCRF is established to relieve persons at risk or following cardiac surgery within the Freeman Hospital, Newcastle upon Tyne catchment area and includes the provision of facilities for rehabilitation therapy, advancing education in such matters. Activities include the provision of supervised exercise, dietary advice and other rehabilitation therapy, together with a support group.
