The charity is a participant in the Isleham Charities Partnership and the aim is to provide for the aged and needy of the parish, and the distribution of such benefits shall take place annually in the designated period before Christmas. The amount contributed annually is according to the returns of the endowment investment and is agreed at the partnership meeting prior to the disbursement of such
