1 To offer grants to Clergy of the Church of England to enable them to undertake further accredited study for the advancement of religion provided that such clergy will be a clerk in holy orders in the Diocese of Oxford2. To provide grants to help the teaching of children and young people in any educational institution in the Diocese of Oxford in the principles of the Church of England
