LANGFORD WELFARE TRUST

Langford Welfare Trust administers 3 old charities (Town Land, the Wallett Charity, and the Charity of John Ward) which were amalgamated in 1971 and registered as one Trust. The proceeds were distributed to the poor of the parish in the form of bread and coal. Today the proceeds are available for the general welfare and educational purposes of parishioners of Langford.
