THE ESTATE CHARITY OF THE REVEREND ROBERT GUNSLEY

The Charity's only asset was sold at auction in November 2007. The net proceeds were divided equally between the Maidstone and Rochester Relief in Need Charities in accordance with the scheme for the regulation of the Charity. The sale documentation included an overage provision in favour of the Estate Charity.
