The Charity holds property and substituted investments in trust on behalf of the residents of the historic parish of Stratton St. Michael. The primary application of any income is for the parish relief of rates and taxes, a secondary provision is for the repair of the Church of St. Michael, with any remainder being held in trust by the trustees.
