Bi-annual grants of money to elderly people in Anglezarke, Anderton, Heath Charnock and Rivington.The provision of a school in or near Rivington.Advancement of the education of pupils of the school through provision of services, items and facilities.Advancement of the education of persons under the age of 21 who have been resident in one of the four parishes for at least two years.
