Provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of inhabitants of Elkesley Parish without distinction of political, religious or other opinions for the use of meetings, all forms of leisure-time activities of the parish inhabitants. Funds are gathered from hiring the hall to local organisations, private and public events and parties. Accommodating Parish Council Meetings. Polling station.
