In accordance with the terms of the Trust , the available income is for Poor & Needy of Talissieu, France income only - on failure of these Trusts, for UK Charities both cap and Income. The Trustees have complied with the duty in Section 4 of the Charity Act 2006 to have due regard to public benefit guidance published by the Charity Commission.
