a)The provision and maintenance of a recreation ground for the benefit of the inhabitants of the area of benefit. b) The relief of persons resident in the area of benefit who are in conditions of need,hardship or distress. c)The advancement of education of persons under the age of 25 years who are resident in the area of benefit and who are in need.
