THE BADLEY MEMORIAL TRUST

The relief in cases of need, persons resident in the former County Borough of Dudley who are sick, convalescent, disabled, handicapped or infirm. However, the Trustees may grant relief to persons otherwise eligible therefore who are resident in that part of the Metropolitan Borough of Dudley which is outside the area of the said County Borough or exceptionally resident in Sandwell Borough.
