The Fund is to be applied by the Trustees in such manner as they shall in theirabsolute discretion think fit for the benefit of old people of small means who were born in, or have resided fornot less than 20 years in, the area of jurisdiction of the Company of Cutlers in Hallamshire, this beingsubstantially the same as the County of South Yorkshire.
