Income after charges, costs and expenses to be applied by the trustees for the relief of the poor in the Parish of Leigh, not including payment of rates, subject to the above, the Cy-Pres Scheme authorises additional grants for charitable purposes for the benefit of parishioners at the discretion of the trustees.
