The Trust provides 8 terraced Cottage Homes set in 1.2 acres of private grounds, available to people over 60 years of age who have lived in the borough of Darwen for at least the last five years preceding application, who can demonstrate a 'housing need' either for financial reasons, or for 'quality of life' which is not being addressed elsewhere. These homes are for Independent Living only.
