CHARITY OF HERBERT SWORDER FOR THE POOR

Apply the annual income to the upkeep and proper repair of the Sworder family grave and tombstone/memorial. To apply the balance of that annual income for the benefit of the deserving poor of the Parish of Bishop's Stortford, preference being given to deserving widows.
