POOR'S LAND

The charity was established in 1655 with various pieces of land situated in the parish of Hazelbury Bryan, Dorset. The income from the properties to be distributed to the poor parishioners of Hazelbury Bryan; a yearly distribution of gifts takes place in December and discretionary payment are made at other times of the year.
