THE SALTER RELIEF FUND

The fund is used for assisting and relieving deserving and necessitous persons in the County of Essex who from unforeseen circumstances or misfortune require aid and help in making a fresh start in life or in extricating themselves from their financial difficulties or in promoting their future welfare, preference to be given to persons residing within a 5 mile radius of Tolleshunt D'Arcy.
