The Fund has three aims:1) To provide an annual yield above that available from the FTSE All-Share Index,2) To provide an income stream that increases every year and3) To provide a level of capital growth, net of the on-going charge figure, that is higher than inflation over any ten-year period, as measure by the UK Retail Price index (RPI)
