The relief of hardship or provision of welfare of any member or former member of Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire & Rescue Service or the spouse partner or widow, widower or dependant of any member or former member.In addition to the foregoing the Trustees have the power to consider similar grant payments to employees contracted to the Service.
