CONSOLIDATED CHARITIES OF ELLIS LLOYD AND OTHERS

The Overton Trustees shall apply the income of the Charity for the purpose of relieving in cases of need persons resident in the Parish of Overton who are elderly, sick, convalescent, disabled, handicapped or infirm by providing or paying for items,services or facilities which are calculated to alleviate the suffering or assist the recovery of such persons.
