1. Recognition of the true position of ringers as church workers & the encouragement of ringing for Divine Service.2. Promotion of the Art of Change Ringing - giving instruction to bands of ringers desiring it.3. Provision of an Advisory Service on the maintenance and restoration of church bells & fittings.4. Promotion of order & fellowship between ringers.
