THE DENISE COHEN CHARITABLE TRUST

The objectives of the trust are that the trustees shall hold the Trust Fund and the income thereof in trust to apply the same both as to capital and income thereof to or torwards or for the benefit or in furtherance of such charitable purposes or charitable institutions in such proportion and manner as the trustees shall in their absolute discretion from time to time think fit.
