YOGASHAKTI MISSION TRUST LONDON

Teaching of all branches of Yoga throughout the community. The aim is to specifically address the different levels of each student, and to ensure that each receives the maximum benefit. There is also access to teaching about the background and history of yoga, and the different aspects and practices of meditation.
