Provide grants, technical assistance/capacity building in organisational and management development, project design, planning, proposal writing, fund-raising, implementation, monitoring & evaluation techniques for local/Zimbabwean NGOs and community groups promoting and protecting human rights through programmes to assist victims of human rights abuses, including displaced persons and refugees.
