Supports the sustainable advancement of UK's seafood industry, freshwater and marine fish and their habitats. Under these programme areas, the Trust funds projects, grants, early-career sponsorship, research and convening. As part of the Fish Trade programme, the Trust supports work at Billingsgate Market concerned with quality, hygiene and inspection, and supports the Master Fishmonger Standard.
