THE BRITISH THORACIC SOCIETY

The Society exists to improve the care of people with respiratory illnesses. We publish treatment guidelines; audits & quality improvement tools; provide education activities ; annual research conference and workforce planning. We work with clinical leaders and others including the public to promote respiratory health; to advocate for access to specialist treatment; and share best practice.
