To support the council's most vulnerable children living away from home and residing in foster care.To promote improvement in the quality of services given to children in care.To advance the education of the general public and those involved in foster care in all aspects of fostering.To work with, and assist, the work of statutory authorities engaged in the advancement of foster care.
