Provision of Youth Club facilities for the young people of the villages of Whitchurch, Oving and surrounding areas.The making of charitable financial awards for personal development purposes to young people of Whitchurch, Oving, Creslow Dunton, Hardwick and Weedon and to bona fide non profit organisations predominately for the benefit of young people living in the same areas.
