Providing such special benefits not normally provided out of public funds for any school serving the parishes of Lamport, Hanging Houghton and Faxton. Promoting the education of young people under 25 years of age who are in need of finanical assistance resident in the area of benefit, eg by grants toeards further education, assistance towards the costs of uniform, clothing, tools or books.
