The charity holds the land and buildings that comprise St. Mary & St. Giles Church of England School, Stony Stratford. This is two sites, the North site at MK11 1EF and the South Site MK11 1PA It has a remit to raise and spend money for the education of children in the Parish of Stony Stratford with Calverton.In the past year it has received income from the hire of the buildings.
