THE DOUGLAS AND ELIZABETH HAWTIN CHARITABLE SETTLEMENT

The Trust will pay or apply the capital and the annual income of the trust fund as and when received to or for such charitable object or objects for such charitable purposes as the trustees may in their absolute discretion think fit.
