Usage to include meetings, lectures, classes or other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation in the interests of social welfare. The area of benefit includes the Parish of Dalbury Lees and neighbouring Parishes of Trusley, Radbourne, Longford, Osleston and Thurveston.
