The funding of medical research related to the survivorship of head and neck cancer. Aim is to publish he results of this in peer reviewed journals.Lyons et al. (Int J Radiat Oncol Biol Phys. 2012 Mar 15;82(4):1479-84). Presently the charity is helping to fund a multicentre trial into the influence of genotype on swallowing problems after radiotherapy to the head and neck.
