THE ROMNEY SOCIETY

The Romney Society develops the awareness of the public of the arts of the eighteenth century and of George Romney and his contemporaries in particular. Each year the society holds a series of lectures and publishes an academic journal called "The Transactions of The Romney Society" and offers an essay prize. The website brings in a steady correspondence.
