HOLMER GREEN STROKE CLUB

The principal activity is to support those who have suffered a stroke and also for the carers of such persons The support is delivered through 'a Club' which meets weekly with the sessions offering therapeutic exercises,neurophhysio exercises, games and social interaction along with outings,luncheon gatherings etc.
