Mayor of Newbury's Charitable Trust

Within the town of Newbury, to help people in necessitous circumstances in particular by the provision of grants at Christmas time. To relieve the elderly, by providing funds for the annual Mayor's Drive and Tea Party. To help fund other charitable organisations within the town.
