To promote either through its own act or by supporting other registered charities and for the benefit of the people of the United Kingdom the conservation of the heritage especially the biodiversity of Yorkshire and surrounding areas and in particular to manage Broomhill Flash, and to provide access, education, demonstration and research opportunities for learning about biodiversity.
