THE BERLIN CHARITABLE TRUST

The terms of the trust permit the trustees to apply capital and income for general charitable purposes at their discretion.The trustees have the discretion to either apply the balance of the whole income collected for general charitable purposes or for the period of 21 years from 28 October 1998, accumulate this balance as an accretion to the trust fund.
