HUBBERSTON COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION

To relieve persons in the Hubberston area who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress and to advance any charitable purposes for the general benefit of the inhabitants of the Hubberston area, provided that the charity will not undertake any activities which will or may relieve the statutory responsibility of any local authority.
