The promotion of any charitable purpose for the benefit of the inhabitants of Newhall, Stanton and Midway and environs to relieve poverty, to relieve unemployment for the public benefit in such ways as may be thought fit, to advance education and provide or assist in the provision of facilities for recreation or leisure times occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life.
