The relief of persons with disability arising from age, sickness or physical or mental disability in the London Borough of Hillingdon and in partiuclar by the provision of practial help, service, support, advice, advocacy and information to those responsible for their care, especially spouses, partners and relatives who have an unpaid responsibility for their care and treatment (carers).
